Rippletree is a social enterprise committed to making leadership and professional growth opportunities accessible to those who need it most. With the profits from paid services, we are able to provide coaching and facilitation support at reduced or no cost to local, community-based leaders and organizations working along the Thai-Myanmar border who do not have access to the same resources and support.
This approach recognizes that while many large international or national organizations have access to leadership and professional growth opportunities, small, community-based organizations and foundations frequently lack the resources for such ongoing support.
"Working with Rippletree has been transformative. Their thoughtful facilitation and coaching encouraged our team to become more open-minded, reflective, and collaborative. Through their support, we gained new tools for positive communication, professional growth, and intentional practice that have strengthened our work with educators and learners. I highly recommend Rippletree for anyone seeking meaningful, positive development in their organization."
