Ashley Clayton Hertz, Ed.D.
Ashley is a global education specialist, coach, facilitator, consultant, and adjunct lecturer, with over 30 years of experience in the global education, development, and humanitarian sectors. Her work has spanned low-resource and crisis-affected contexts across multiple continents, always centering on facilitating learning, change, and growth for people and organizations.
She holds a Doctorate in International Educational Policy and Leadership, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is an accredited Resilience@Work® Practitioner. Ashley founded Rippletree to create a space for leaders and teams to grow, learn, and collaborate, ultimately making a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
Rippletree is connected to a network of international and local educators, development practitioners, academics, and consultants to work with Rippletree on various projects based on scope of work and need.
