Our approach is collaborative. We take time to understand the context, questions, and challenges at hand, bringing our experience and expertise together with the knowledge and perspectives of those closest to the work. The aim is not to bring in ready-made solutions, but to develop approaches that are useful, contextually relevant, and grounded in the realities of the people and organizations we work with.
Education remains a particular area of expertise for Rippletree. We bring extensive experience working with education programs in low-resource, crisis-affected, and emergency contexts, with particular expertise in teacher professional development, instructional coaching and ongoing teacher support, teacher learning and behavior change, and the design and evaluation of professional learning approaches.
