for strengthening personal, team, and leadership resilience
R@W is an evidence-based framework developed by Dr. Kathryn McEwen and other resilience experts to measure and strengthen the resilience of individuals, teams, and leaders.
Rippletree uses this framework and assessment tools to develop learning packages for individuals, teams and organizations interested in strengthening resilience in the workplace, particularly during times of uncertainty and change.
"Rippletree workshops offer a rare shift in learning: instead of receiving standard objective advice, participants are facilitated to uncover deep, actionable lessons from their own past experiences."
